How long does implementation take?
Simple use cases — a digital form or intake journey — can be deployed the same day. A typical implementation with rating, rules, AI review and integrations takes 1–3 weeks. When timelines stretch, it is almost always business requirements that need settling, not the technology.
Do we need developers to use insdi?
No. insdi is a no-code platform: business users build, test and change journeys in the self-service configurator. Our experienced specialists work alongside you on implementation and optimisation, so you are never on your own.
Where is our data hosted?
insdi is hosted in AWS datacenters, in your region of choice. Client data is stored and processed in-region, and personal information is handled in line with GDPR principles.
Can insdi integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. insdi Integrate speaks REST — if your system exposes an API, insdi can read from it and write to it. Email, cloud storage and generic REST API integrations run in production today, including registration of claims and policies in downstream systems.
What happens if we exceed our included monthly submissions?
Additional submissions are billed per submission at your plan’s rate, and you can move up a tier at any time. If your volumes are consistently higher, Enterprise plans are priced for custom volumes.
Who owns the data collected through insdi?
You do. Information gathered through your journeys belongs to your organisation, and submission reports let you take your data with you.
How does AI decisioning stay compliant?
insdi Verify evaluates documents and submissions against your business rules and policy guidelines — not a black box. Every step is visible and auditable, straight-through processing happens only where you allow it, and cases are referred to a human wherever you require it.
